FREELANCE SECRETARY

As a secretary, you work within the dynamic team of ChatelainXpert SRL, a real estate expertise office. You handle phone reception, data entry, mission planning, customer inquiries, and the preparation of real estate evaluation files.

Your profile:

  • You hold a degree in secretarial studies or equivalent (experience in real estate is a plus).
  • You are a native French speaker and comfortable in Dutch (a plus but not mandatory).
  • You are dynamic, versatile, and highly organized.
  • You have a professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
  • You have impeccable spelling and grammar.
  • You are very comfortable on the phone.
  • You have excellent proficiency with digital tools.

Your tasks:

  • Contacting clients
  • Providing client information
  • Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Managing emails
  • Client follow-up

Type of collaboration:

  • Status: freelance
  • Working hours: to be defined based on availability and needs
  • Benefits: possibility of remote work after training, once autonomous
