We keep contact request e-mails for a period of two (2) years, after which these e-mails are permanently deleted.

By subscribing to our newsletter, you give us your consent to receive information about our products, services and other information which, in our view, may be of interest to you.

When you visit our website, server logs are stored. The storage of these logs is lawful provided the user is duly informed of the implementation of the logging system and the data retained is used only to ensure the security of the system and the detection of anomalies.

Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties, unless such parties are contractually bound to ChatelainXpert or act at the request of, or as a processor for, ChatelainXpert.
